We’re seeking a talented, Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our community-based services team in Columbus, OH.
Professional License Requirements
Applicants are required to have the following legally mandated certifications. Applicants without these requirements will not be considered:
- Active Ohio state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (issued by the Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License issued by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (travel to family homes and community sites required)
- Prior experience with infants, toddlers, or families is a plus but not required
- Conduct evaluations to identify communication disorders or developmental delays in children birth to age three
- Provide family-centered therapy in natural environments (home or childcare settings) to support functional communication and early developmental milestones
- Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and early intervention teams
- Coach and train parents/caregivers to support communication strategies throughout daily routines
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with early intervention and state requirements
- Collaborate with service coordinators, early intervention specialists, and other providers to ensure coordinated services
- Ensure all services follow best practices, state guidelines, and professional standards for early intervention
