Job Description

Invo Healthcare is looking for dynamic full time Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in San Francisco, CA . As an Invo Special Education teacher, you will be supporting the educational outcomes for children, helping them achieve their educational goals. 

To qualify, applicants must:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must hold an Education Specialist Instruction Credential with a specialization in Deaf and Hard of Hearing, issued in the state of California.
• State-level teaching certificate or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Experience with children who are deaf or hard of hearing required.
  
  

This position may appeal to you if you have previously worked as a registered behavior technician, preschool employee, daycare worker or any background being employed with children.

What to expect from the role?

• Provide specialized instruction tailored to the needs of students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Offer individualized support to address various learning challenges specific to hearing impairments.
• Consult with parents, offering resources and materials to support their child's unique needs.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, teachers, and school administrators to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
• Perform all other duties related to special education as required.
