What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Project Coordinator position at Invision Development?
Invision Development is a commercial construction and development company based in Lake Mary, FL. We are seeking an experienced construction administrator to help with the following administrative tasks :
- Obtain and process subcontractor invoices and lien waivers
- Obtain subcontractor credentials including workers comp, liability insurance and W9s.
- File notice to owners (NTOs) and track NTOs filed by subs and suppliers
- Prepare subcontract agreements and change orders, send out and track
- Create owner payment applications and track payment status
- Obtain certificates of insurance from carrier for new projects
- Assist project manager with preconstruction activities including sending invitations to bid and following up with vendors to ensure proper bid coverage.
- Assist with permitting activities as needed
- Notarize documents including lien waivers, payment applications, etc.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Bookkeeping and reporting with Quickbooks
- Answer phones, filing documents and any other administrative task that may be required.
Prior construction administration and coordination experience required.
