Job Overview
We are looking for someone with a strong background in jewelry or accessories to support and work closely with our sales team.
What you'll do
- Assist the VP of Sales prepare for customer meetings, follow up on projects, and identify sales opportunities.
- Coordinate internally on customer requests, samples, product information, and order updates.
- Bring jewelry industry knowledge and an eye for style to discussions about new products and collections.
- Share ideas based on customer feedback, market trends, and gaps in our assortment.
- Help keep sales and customer service projects organized and moving forward.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned
What we're looking for
- Experience in the jewelry or accessories industry
- Experience in sales support, account coordination, or customer service.
- A creative eye
- Strong organization, communication, follow through, and attention to detail.
