- Track and maintain assessments, applications, and other recruiting records in ATS and candidate files
- Conduct employment reference checks and maintain documentation
- Track and submit monthly recruiting expense reporting
- Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and other travel needs
- Provide other administrative support to the Human Resources department as needed
- Four-year college degree required
- One to two years of administrative experience
- Previous recruiting coordination or Human Resources support experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
