- Track, analyze, and report monthly referral activity and success rates to the State Representative and agency owners
- Maintain strong market awareness, including competitors and key industry players within the assigned territory
- Communicate weekly with the State Representative regarding marketing achievements, strategies, and progress
- Share marketing updates and new customer information with production staff to support service excellence
- Attend loan closings, board meetings, and industry events as needed
- Assist with annual budget preparation and communicate ongoing market developments
- Four-year college degree or equivalent training and experience
- Prior real estate-related experience required
- Notary Public Commission and PA Resident Title Producer License
- 3 years of sales and marketing experience with a strong focus on relationship building
- Preferred: 2 years as a title insurance sales representative or 5 years as a mortgage loan originator, bank loan officer, or legal support staff
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
