We’re looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst (TBA) who brings structure to complexity and ensures our teams are always building the right solutions, the right way. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product Owners and Engineering to translate business capabilities into clear, development-ready requirements. You’ll operate at the center of delivery, aligning stakeholders, anticipating dependencies, and driving clarity across systems, workflows, and teams to reduce ambiguity and improve execution.

What You'll Do:

• Lead requirements analysis and decompose features into detailed, development-ready user stories
• Define clear, testable acceptance criteria, business rules, and functional specifications
• Translate complex workflows into system interactions, technical requirements, and dependencies
• Maintain strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and data flows
• Ensure backlog items are refined, understood, and ready ahead of sprint planning
• Support sprint planning, estimation, and delivery by ensuring clarity of requirements
• Partner with QA to validate requirements and ensure expected functionality is well understood
• Facilitate discussions across business stakeholders, product, and engineering teams
• Identify and communicate risks, assumptions, and dependencies across initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering on solution approaches, feasibility, and execution
• Mentor junior and mid-level TBAs and help elevate team standards and processes
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology teams in a software engineering environment
• Experience writing and managing user stories in TFS or similar tools
• Strong understanding of databases, SQL, web services, XML, and JSON
• Knowledge of data warehouse and business intelligence concepts
• Experience documenting business processes and supporting application testing
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and technical writing skills
• Proven ability to improve SDLC artifacts and processes to support delivery efficiency
