- Stay current on regulatory, tax, and planning developments and communicate insights to both clients and team members
- Ensure trust accounts are administered in accordance with governing documents and fiduciary standards
- 7 years of experience in investment-related business development, ideally within wealth management or trust services
- Bachelor’s degree required; CFP or CTFA designation preferred
- Demonstrated success working with and marketing to high-net-worth clients
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to independently develop and grow client relationships and referral networks
- Solid understanding of financial planning, estate planning, retirement planning, and trust services
- High level of integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism
- Self-directed approach with the ability to proactively guide clients through complex planning processes
