- Support the Settlement Services Manager with updates, issue resolution, and special projects.
- At least 1 year of training/experience in real estate closings.
- Strong document review skills and the analytical skills to interpret real estate recording documents.
- A calm, deadline-driven organizer who keeps files accurate and moving—even under pressure.
- Clear, professional communicator—written, verbal, in person, and over the phone.
- Strong technology skills.
