Assistant Community Manager – 209-Unit Property
Location: Lancaster, CA 93536
We’re seeking a motivated and service-driven Assistant Community Manager to join our team at a well-maintained 209-unit apartment community in Lancaster, CA. This is a great opportunity to grow in the property management field.
The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, and excels in customer service and sales. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Experience with Yardi Voyager is a huge plus!

Key Responsibilities:
- Lease and market available apartments
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
- Process applications, prepare leases, and review addenda with new residents
- Handle rent collections and notices to vacate
- Conduct property tours and inspections
- Enter data accurately (leases, deposits, fees, etc.)
- Assist in resident retention and community events
- General office duties and support
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Must pass background and drug screening (we are a drug/alcohol-free workplace)
