Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT leader to oversee enterprise technology operations, infrastructure, applications, and support services. This role will lead a team of technical professionals, manage critical technology initiatives, and ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable IT solutions that support organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, project management, systems administration, application support, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate network, systems, and application support staff.
• Establish technology strategies, priorities, policies, and operational standards.
• Plan, manage, and deliver large-scale technology and software development projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure, applications, and end-user computing environments.
• Manage and support public-facing websites, web portals, intranet platforms, and digital services.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of business-critical systems.
• Oversee help desk operations and end-user support services.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external technology teams to support enterprise systems and integrations.
• Manage audiovisual, webcasting, and collaboration technologies for organizational events and meetings.
• Provide technology support and equipment management for executive leadership and staff.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 9 years of progressive IT experience, including leadership and management responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure, applications, and technical support teams.
• Strong background in project management and technology implementation.
• Experience managing web platforms, portals, collaboration tools, and enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, IT governance, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Experience with cloud technologies, networking, and systems administration.
