Position Summary :
Investco is seeking a Communications Manager to enhance communication strategies and align them with company objectives. This hands-on role involves developing and implementing communication plans, supporting organizational events, and managing communication infrastructure to foster synergy across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, experience with modern communication tools (SharePoint & Teams), and the ability to align messaging with company goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with Investco's goals.
- Build and maintain SharePoint pages with a user-friendly design and accurate content.
- Collaborate with departments to integrate relevant content and optimize visuals for SharePoint.
- Create and manage SharePoint-hosted news articles, ensuring consistency and clear messaging.
- Design and implement content management plans using SharePoint tools.
- Support SharePoint end-users and improve communication strategies based on feedback.
- Oversee public-facing website and social media content, ensuring alignment with branding.
- Assist in creating marketing materials for financing packages, business plans, and reports.
- Coordinate company-wide communications, including newsletters and event materials.
- Support promotional item creation and branding for industry events.
