Manage the KWA brand and develop an overall communications and public affairs strategy. Lead all communications activity for KWA including corporate communications/media relations, employee communications sponsorships and events, and community activities.
Some Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain KWA public-relations and communication policies and procedures.
Provide direction and guidance to Department Directors regarding communication issues.
Manage internal and external communications, which include print, news releases, media, multi-media, public relations or other areas.
Oversee, develop and implement communications projects utilizing Web-based technology.
Qualifications
Layout and design experience, Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Principles and practices of video production.
Experience in publication to social media platforms.
Principles and practices of public administration, organization and employee supervision.
Education
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, graphic design or three years of related experience.
