Invest West Management is hiring a Director of Residential Management (Rental) to lead and drive performance across our single-family and multifamily portfolio.
This is a Director-level role responsible for driving performance, profitability, and accountability across the department. We are looking for someone who has already led residential property management operations and can step in, assess, and elevate immediately.

What You'll Own
Rental operations across single-family and multifamily portfolios
Team performance, accountability, and results
Revenue, occupancy, and overall portfolio performance
Client relationships and retention
Key metrics like vacancy, leasing performance, and collections
Compliance, risk, and doing things the right way
What We're Looking For
5 years of residential property management experience, including single-family (required)
5 years of progressive leadership experience (required)
Washington Real Estate License required or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe
ARM required or the ability to obtain upon the first available class
Proven leadership experience, you've led, shaped, and built high-performing teams
Strong understanding of fair housing laws, regulatory compliance, and risk management
Financial mindset, you understand the financial levers to pull and push, and how to drive revenue and profitability
This role is best suited for someone who has already led rental operations and can step in and drive results immediately.
