We are seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst who will take ownership of developing all aspects of price proposal responses for small to mid‑sized opportunities. Your day will involve analyzing solicitations to determine cost, pricing, and compliance requirements, then partnering closely with Proposal and Capture Managers to shape the Pricing Volume response. You will draft and finalize clear, compliant cost and price narratives that fully substantiate the proposed pricing approach. Throughout the proposal process, you will develop and present pricing assumptions, financial summaries, and cost and price analyses to support both internal reviews and final submission. Collaboration will be central to your role as you work with teams across Contracts, Subcontracts, HR, Finance, and Operations to produce competitive, compliant pricing solutions. Additionally, you will tailor standard pricing templates to meet specific solicitation requirements and modify or expand pricing models from departmental templates to address unique proposal needs. To be successful in this role, you will need strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of experience in finance/pricing
- Excel and Microsoft Office skills, including complex Excel modeling
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Pricing experience bidding on Aerospace, GSA or complex Cost-Plus proposals.
- A Secret clearance is not required but would be considered a plus.
- Working hours are generally a standard workday, with occasional non-standard hours as required by proposal deadlines.
