Responsibilities
- Proposals – coordinate, write, edit, track, manage, and submit proposals in response to owner RFPs and RFQs. This includes content, graphics, page layout, and design. Coordinate proposal technical content with Engineers and technical staff.
- Marketing data – Refine and continually update & maintain marketing data (i.e. project write-ups, resumes, project portfolios, photos, references, licenses and certifications, project history, etc.)
- Websites – Create, maintain, and update Website
- Social Media – Create, maintain, and update Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Admin – Assist with other business development/marketing functions, as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Successful RFQ/RFP creation and submittal experience
- Expert in WordPress, Elementor, SEO, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Canva, LinkedIn, other tools
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent writing and proof-reading skills.
- Strong creative/graphic design and layout skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
