• Drive the Frontier: Lead outbound motions into untapped markets, acting as the face of Intuit’s most critical new growth engine.

• Consultative Architecture: Move beyond 'selling features' to architecting bespoke solutions for Small and Mid-Market businesses with complex, evolving needs.

• Strategic Pipeline Crafting: Manage a high-stakes sales cycle (often 45 days) where building deep-rooted trust is the primary currency.

• Collaborative Feedback Loop: Work closely with product and marketing teams to share insights from the field, directly influencing the direction of this new business space.

• Model the Culture: Act as a positive role model and 'founding member' of this initiative, maintaining high standards of excellence and professional influence.
