- Design and develop reliable, scalable, cost effective, reusable and maintainable pipelines, tools for increasing experimentation velocity across Intuit
- Create reports, dashboards, new metrics to measure user behavior and product performance
- Develop documentation, lead training sessions, and troubleshoot technical issues related to the experimentation platform
- Influence platform roadmap with insights learnt from supporting business stakeholders
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, product managers and engineers to deliver features and solutions that add business value and delight our customers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a
- related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8 years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applying
- quantitative and scientific methods to solve real-world business problems.
- Advanced experience in statistical analysis, test design, and experimentation.
- Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker), and scripting languages (Python, R).
- Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to construct impactful visualizations, communicate insights, and influence leadership.
- A proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity.
