Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable PEGA solutions that drive automation and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide a small team of engineers through design, delivery, and quality assurance.
- Define and enforce architectural and engineering best practices within PEGA and integrated systems.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure PEGA fits strategically within our enterprise architecture.
- Collaborate with AI and data teams to embed intelligent automation, decisioning, and generative AI into workflows.
- Contribute to the modernization of PEGA applications — integrating with APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud services.
- Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and continuous improvement practices.
- Actively learn and contribute to projects outside of PEGA — including cloud-native services, web applications, and AI platforms.
- 8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in PEGA (8.x ) design and development.
- Proven ability to architect complex systems and lead small teams to deliver production-quality software.
- Strong knowledge of PEGA integration frameworks, case management, and rules-based architecture.
- Experience with or strong interest in:
- Full-stack technologies: Java, Node.js, React, Angular, or .NET
- Cloud and DevOps: AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- AI & Automation: NLP, predictive analytics, or generative AI integration with business workflows
- Excellent collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
