- Own the full project lifecycle for medium-to-large scale enablement initiatives, across one of two business functions. (e.g., core skill reinforcement, product launches)
- Define clear success metrics and ROI for all assigned programs, utilizing the Kirkpatrick Model (Levels 1-4) to rigorously track, analyze, and report on effectiveness and business impact to stakeholders.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying, documenting, and implementing scalable processes and best practices established during project execution across different sales teams.
- Conduct deep data analysis (leveraging BI tools, CRM data, and conversational intelligence) to diagnose complex, yet generally defined, performance gaps (e.g., poor pipeline hygiene, low forecast accuracy).
- Build and maintain conversational intelligence tools (e.g., Gong, Cresta), leveraging AI to enhance enablement content or diagnosis.
- Proactively translate diagnostic findings into a targeted enablement roadmap and recommend solutions that address the root cause of performance issues.
- Use data to create project-specific reports that effectively communicate value and influence cross-functional peers to align on priorities.
- Design, develop, and deliver original, high-quality enablement content (advanced workshops, multi-module e-learning, structured coaching guides) 60% repeatable and scalable content creation across various sales audiences and regions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your supported business, tailoring program execution to the nuances of supported sales teams.
- Expertly facilitate complex, large-group training sessions and specialized skill-building workshops.
- Act as the primary enablement point of contact and project driver across critical stakeholders (e.g., Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Readiness) to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Create and execute formal change management plans for specific initiatives, managing communication streams and ensuring sustained adoption across all impacted sales groups.

- 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales Enablement, Training & Development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in leading the full lifecycle of complex enablement projects with measurable business results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proven experience managing complex, cross-functional stakeholder relationships and driving alignment without formal authority.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, scalable training content and programs.
- Strong analytical ability to define metrics, diagnose complex problems, and demonstrate the ROI of enablement initiatives.
- Direct experience building and maintaining conversational intelligence tools (e.g., Gong, Chorus) and leveraging AI to enhance enablement content or diagnosis.
- Experience with a major CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Sales Enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic).
