Schedule: Monday-Friday Minimum 32 hours per week
Location: 9850 Redhill Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45242
Compensation: $21 per hour

Position Summary

Intrust IT is searching for eager, empathetic, and purpose-driven students to join our growing service desk team. This position will be located in our physical office in Blue Ash with emphasis on capability of work station set-ups. Intrust IT is the landing place for those seeking to hone their passion for technology into a career, not the jumping-off point. This includes our internship students.

This is a full time internship, Monday - Friday, in-office at our location: 9850 Redhill Drive Cincinnati, OH 45242.

• Experienced in troubleshooting & configuration of various workstation and server operating systems, line of business applications, Microsoft Office products, and printers.
• Experienced in the administration of Microsoft 365 and multiple configurations of Active Directory.

What you will be doing

• Hands on experience with workstation buildouts to meet clients’ specific needs
• Troubleshoot & resolve technical support requests from clients to help advance your skill level
• Interacting with & gathering information from clients to create new support requests
• Familiarization with our ticketing system
• Office 365 & Active Directory administration exposure
• Gain experience on how to resolve client issues with client applications, workstations, servers, printers, and networking infrastructures.
• Assist clients with email issues, administration, and change requests.
• Occasionally assist with project implementations.
• As your experience and comfort level matures, we will work with you to find other areas to give you hands-on exposure to those items. Cybersecurity response, network and endpoint remediation techniques, and complex project architecture / deployment are just a few items that are a possibility.
