Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for enduser issues across hardware, software, networking, SaaS platforms, and peripherals (Tier 1 and Tier 2)
- Administer, maintain office technology and remoteuser network infrastructure: switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, VPN, and VLAN configurations.
- Manage user lifecycle activities (onboarding, offboarding, access reviews) across identity providers (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
- Maintain and troubleshoot our CRM (Salesforce)including custom fields, workflows, integrations, and data hygiene
- Build and maintain integrations between business systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools (Zapier, or custom scripts)
- Write light scripts (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) to automate repetitive tasks, generate reports, manage user accounts, and pull data from APIs
- Maintain documentation for systems, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures
- Manage endpoint security, patch management, MDM, and antivirus/EDR tools
- Collaborate with vendors on escalations, contract renewals, and service issues
- Contribute to IT projects: cloud migrations, system rollouts, security
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in an IT support, systems administration, or IT generalist role
- Networking: Solid working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewall rules, and WiFi troubleshooting.
- Strong fluency administering Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365 /
- CRM: Experience administering a major CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Light scripting: Working proficiency in at least one of Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical users
- Excellent ticket hygiene and a customerservice mindset (SLA)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
