We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Generalist Intern to join our team at Introl. In this role, you will be exposed to multiple corporate functions and contribute directly to active workstreams across the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support operations, business development, recruiting, and internal initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This is not a shadow-and-observe internship. You will be expected to take ownership of deliverables, contribute to real business needs, and adapt quickly as priorities shift.

At Introl, we specialize in large-scale GPU cluster deployments, managing up to 100,000 of the most advanced GPUs available. Our experienced team works with leading-edge technology, handling complex systems that are at the forefront of innovation.
Our approach goes beyond simple GPU connections. We design and execute highly coordinated deployments, integrating hundreds of thousands of fiber optic connections to build clusters that advance the limits of AI and high-performance computing.
Responsibilities
Support active workstreams across multiple functions, including operations, business development, recruiting, and internal projects
Assist with deployment tracking, project coordination, and internal process improvements
Conduct research and support outreach efforts for business development initiatives
Help maintain internal systems such as CRM, Jira, and asset tracking tools
Contribute to recruiting efforts, including job description drafting and candidate coordination
Support reporting, tracking, and light financial or operational analysis
Take ownership of assigned deliverables and execute with attention to detail
Complete a capstone project tied to a real business need and present findings to leadership
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (sophomore or junior preferred) in business, engineering, or a related field
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn across multiple disciplines
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Benefits And Compensation
Location: Chicago, IL (West Loop HQ) – in-person, 5 days a week
Duration: Mid-May (latest June 1 start) through August 5, 2026
Travel: Up to 10% as needed
Compensation: Paid ($25-$28) rate benchmarked to Chicago undergraduate market

Direct mentorship and weekly check-ins with supervisor
