This is a high-visibility, revenue-impacting role where you'll build meaningful partnerships with importers, exporters, and supply chain leaders—and deliver customized logistics solutions that help them move goods across the globe.If you love building relationships, closing deals, and navigating international logistics, this is a powerful opportunity to accelerate your career.What You'll DoDevelop and execute a sales strategy to grow Transatlantic and Transpacific trade lanesBuild strong relationships with supply chain decision-makers across diverse industriesIdentify client needs and present tailored solutions (ocean, air, warehousing, customs brokerage, and more)Work closely with operations and pricing teams to deliver accurate proposals and quotesStay ahead of market trends, competitive activity, and global shipping challengesHit and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and growth goalsWhat You BringProven B2B sales experience in logistics or freight forwardingSolid understanding of Transatlantic & Transpacific trade lanes and IncotermsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and cross-functionallyComfortable using CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and virtual communication platformsWillingness to travel domestically (and internationally when needed)Preferred Qualifications10 years of logistics or freight forwarding sales experience (Transatlantic focus is a major plus)Knowledge of customs brokerage, compliance, and import/export processesBachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
