What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Intrepid Professional Group?
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our communities located in Seymour, IN. This person must be experienced in affordable housing including, LIHTC & Section 8. Experience with Yardi Voyager and Right Source is a plus. Must be able to self-direct and stay on tasks to ensure the communities are a success. Rent collection, recertifications, attention to curb appeal are top priorities to ensure a positive relationship with our residents. Experience directing maintenance, scheduling contractors, and following up with work orders is a must.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma. Real Estate License a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in affordable housing programs including one of more of the following: LIHTC, Section 8
- Strong computer skills. Experience with Yardi Voyager a plus.
- A valid driver's license and insurance coverage required.
In this role you will:
- Oversee all aspects of the operations of the Community.
- Ensure all residents conduct themselves per the terms of the lease and rules/regulations.
- Market the Community.
- Ensure resident’s selected meet occupancy criteria (“Tenant Selection Plan”).
- Review all expenditures and ensure the Community is receiving the greatest value for each outlay. Ensure the Community operates within the budget.
- Ensure the Community has the highest and greatest curb appeal within the budget constraints.
