What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple projects across the full product lifecycle—from concept and design through launch, support, and end-of-life
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and key milestones
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and critical path activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and business functions
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and progress
- Ensure alignment between product objectives and engineering execution
- Support Design for Testability (DFT), QA processes, and overall product lifecycle planning
- Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team efficiency
- Monitor team capacity and coordinate resources to support project timelines
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in a technical or engineering environment
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving hardware and/or software
- Experience supporting product development from concept through production
- Automotive or embedded systems experience is a plus
- Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Understanding of hardware and software development environments
- Ability to interpret schematics and understand system-level architecture
- Familiarity with vehicle network technologies (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, etc.)
- Working knowledge of APIs, firmware, and technical documentation
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Experience with Gantt charts or project scheduling tools
- Strong Excel (or equivalent) skills
- Familiarity with Git or version control systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
