Develop, deploy, and maintain processes to optimize Microsoft Azure resources Analyze Azure performance, identify contention, and recommend upgrades/changes for optimization Perform Azure Entra ID and Active Directory administration and management Develop, deploy, and maintain processes to optimize AWS resources Administer and configure Azure and AWS security to support staff and user needs Assist cloud application owners/admins/users with appropriate access provisioning Partner with infrastructure and data center teams on deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes Troubleshoot and resolve Windows Server issues with minimal user impact Troubleshoot and resolve Linux server issues with minimal user impact Write PowerShell scripts to monitor server properties and support AD/Azure management activities Produce and maintain technical specifications, standards, procedures, and system documentation
