Location:     Jupiter West, FL - Onsite 5 days
 

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of UX/UI research and design experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI throughout the UX process (discovery through prototyping/testing).
  • Strong strategic leadership and communication skills.
  • Proactive, curious mindset focused on measurable outcomes, continuous improvement, and responsible AI utilization.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally (product, UX leadership, engineering, data science).
  • Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Scaled Agile practices.

Salary : $40 - $45
