- Work within our comprehensive Figma design system, ensuring every design artifact is production-ready and technically sound.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate designs directly into our codebase.
- Use AI-driven tools for initial ideation and concept generation—rapidly refining and perfecting designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply data-driven insights to refine the UX.
- Maintain consistency with our design system and actively contribute to its evolution.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, balancing user needs with technical feasibility.
- 3-5 years of UX design experience, with formal training in modern UX methods and tools.
- Deep expertise in Figma, including component libraries, design tokens, and hand-off workflows.
- Proven experience in high-fidelity prototyping and production-grade UX deliverables.
- Comfort working in a technical environment where design specs directly feed code (design tokens, values, artifacts).
- Experience with AI-driven ideation tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams to solve complex UX challenges.
