GRC Cybersecurity Business Analyst Onsite in Sacramento Ca
Staff Tech is seeking an experienced GRC Cybersecurity Business Analyst to support the implementation of an enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. This position is ideal for a consultant with a strong background in cybersecurity, business analysis, process improvement, and enterprise software implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions
- Document current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes
- Support application configuration and implementation activities
- Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Review configured functionality and assist with issue resolution
- Support Agile backlog refinement and change management
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Track and validate defect resolution
- Support data migration validation activities
- Develop user guides, standard operating procedures, and training documentation
- Assist with change management and end-user communications
- Support deployment, go-live, and post-implementation activities
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with internal staff
- Prepare weekly project status reports
Required Qualifications
- Experience implementing or supporting Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions
- Strong business analysis experience on enterprise software implementation projects
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Experience developing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Experience performing business process analysis and gap analysis
- Experience supporting software configuration and implementation efforts
- Experience maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
- Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating technical documentation and end-user training materials
- Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Information security or cybersecurity experience
- Experience supporting Governance, Risk, and Compliance programs
- Experience with enterprise software implementations
- Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environments
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office
