The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud), and Marketing Cloud, along with expertise in Apex, Lightning development, and enterprise integrations.
Description:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12 years of overall IT experience.
- 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Build and maintain deployable demo assets on the Salesforce and NextGen platforms, including front- and back-end development, integrations across product clouds.
- You have 7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform technologies including Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Aura, Apex, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and Flows.
- You have experience working with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and CRM Analytics.
- You hold Salesforce Admin, App Builder, and Platform Developer I certifications.
- You bring strong problem-solving skills and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Experience working with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.
- Experience developing large customer or citizen-facing portals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
