Location: Columbia, SC Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

• 5 years of Hands-on Power Apps Development (model-driven and canvas)
• 5 years of experience developing solutions using Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture.
• Strong experience with Power Automate for building complex workflows and integrations.
• Experience in creating and managing custom connectors, APIs and Integrations with Azure Services.
• Solid understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps and Deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, PowerFx, and low code extensibility patterns.
• Must hold Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics Certification or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic apps, and Azure API Management.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and extended Dataverse Features.
• Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, PCI, etc.).
• Knowledge of Power BI for reporting integrations.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-starter capable of managing work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Understanding of security architecture within Power Platform and Azure AD.
• PL-400 Power Platform Developer.
• PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions (canvas and model-driven)
• Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs and security roles
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and data sources including Azure services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environment
• Work closely with business partners to translate requirements into functional solutions
• Implement best practices around solution architecture, governance, data modeling and secure-by-design development
• Maintain documentation for configuration, data models, custom connectors, workflows and operational support
• Assist in building monitoring, auditing, logging and compliance controls in alignment with enterprise policies.

Salary : $55 - $60
