Location: Oklahoma City, Ok (Hybrid)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
· Manage medium to extra-large complexity projects through full project life cycle activities utilizing appropriate methodologies and tools, planning and communication, and acquire, develop, and manage the project team.
· Perform all standard project management deliverables including scope and objectives, change management, risk mitigation, budgeting, stakeholder communication, project and vendor engagement, subject matter expert utilization, implementation, and project closure.
· Develop and manage project status reports for communicating with project stakeholders and reporting key metrics for the PMO dashboard.
· Implement change management practices in accordance with agency and PMO guidance.
· Forecast, manage, and acquire (as necessary) resources needed to achieve project objectives.
· Ensure project activities and deliverables adhere to federal, state, or agency documented guidelines.
· Facilitate and manage contract processes from initiation to closure.
· Routinely perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and offer recommendations for successful project outcomes.
· Demonstrate dynamic ability to lead group facilitation activities for the agency especially in areas requiring interaction of an independent party. Requirements:
· Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies.
· Strong familiarity with and/or the ability to use MS Project.
· Understanding and experience with the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide and Standards.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
· Well-organized and detail oriented.
