What are the biggest technology programs or systems this TPM will be responsible for in the first 6–12 months?
Team is delivery and sitting within REWS responsible for delivering all tech solutions varies from software to hardware, implementing new portal or requesting new event building and agent for real estate or adding skills to agent to help diff functional groups in REWS be more efficient, integration project and gathering data project her team handles the ones that are risky and cross functional , 80% projects are software related, and 20% vendor management operations and hardware (sensors)
How technical does this person truly need to be to succeed — and in which areas?
Technology engineering background helps bc when scope management and talking about very technical solutions able to grasp scope without needing it explained to them or has a lot of technical experience from the field lead complex integration projects with a lot of stakeholders with clear success metrics!!! Wants to hear how they moved through challenges that always come up with technology, change enablement, and understand how to put technology in production
Slack - they do all in slack not in email, salesforce, and if they know jira, Microsoft projects they have similar things they will use.
Technical Skills:
Salesforce knowledge – preferably implementation experience
Slack experience
Jira and/or MS Project would be nice to have (will be working with similar tools)
PMP nice to have but not required.
Agile knowledge/experience
Tech company experience
Great communicator
Executive presence – will be presenting to executives
Extract the details that they need and deliver concise presentations
Integration of products internal and third party
Vendor management
Ongoing projects that could have a hardware component with building sensors
Would like this resource to have a technical background – understand the concepts of the solutions of complex integration projects with multiple stakeholders
