Description:
The Line Lead is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient operation of the Glass Department. This position is integral to maintaining the high-quality standards of Intigral's insulated glass (IG) and Blinds Between Glass (BBG) manufacturing process. The Forel Line Lead collaborates with engineering, maintenance, and team members to optimize processes, develop work instructions, and drive team performance. This role requires a strong understanding of the Forel Line and scheduling programs, with the ability to develop best practices and personnel as product demand grows.
Requirements:
Demonstrate ability to operate
Assist Engineering & Maintenance on process development.
Work Instructions, Layout, Inventory, Organization
Knowledge of Intigral scheduling programs and Microsoft Office
In-depth knowledge of all assembly process steps
Assist in development of team members as product demand grows
Control of product to the customer to ensure quality and on time schedule completion
Help establish best practices and personnel development
Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
