InTest Thermal Solutions (ITS), a global leader in engineered thermal testing and process cooling solutions, is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales & Service – Europe to lead business growth and customer support across the European region. The Director of Sales & Service – Europe may be based anywhere within Europe and will maintain a regular presence at our Sales and Service facility in Müllrose, Germany, while supporting customers and partners across the region.

This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, expanding key customer relationships, managing distribution partners, and overseeing service and application support throughout Europe. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, the successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sustained revenue growth and strengthening ITS's market presence across multiple European countries.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and profitability across Europe.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing and managing key customer accounts.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.
• Recruit, manage, and develop distribution partners, including providing sales coaching and training.
• Lead European service and application support activities to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary regional representative for corporate sales, marketing, and service initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable European regulations and keep executive leadership informed of relevant developments.
• Represent inTEST Thermal Solutions at key industry events and trade shows throughout Europe.
• Manage regional budgets and expenses in alignment with corporate objectives.
  
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 8–10 years of leadership experience managing distributor networks and direct sales across multiple European countries.
• Proven success driving growth in capital equipment, electronics, semiconductor, test & measurement, or related technical industries.
• Experience building high-performing sales organizations and developing winning sales cultures.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and account management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Fluent English language skills (written and verbal) plus one or more European languages.
• Knowledge of European regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the region and occasionally to company headquarters in Massachusetts, USA.
