The Supply Chain Manager – Southeast Asia is a regional leadership position, responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations that support inTEST’s Southeast Asia Center of Excellence based in Penang, Malaysia. This role is pivotal in ensuring scalable, resilient, and cost-effective operations across manufacturing, engineering, service, and sales functions for all three business segments at inTEST in the region.
This position manages a diverse portfolio of highly engineered, low- to medium-volume products, which includes semiconductor test equipment, precision thermal systems, induction heating solutions, and industrial imaging technologies. The Supply Chain Manager serves as a strategic partner to engineering, operations, finance, and commercial teams, driving alignment with inTEST’s global growth strategy and regional expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated supply chain strategy for Southeast Asia covering all business segments
- Build and manage a robust regional supplier network
- Optimize manufacturing processes, inventory levels, and working capital utilization
- Oversee global logistics, trade compliance, and distribution activities
- Lead initiatives in supply chain risk management and operational resilience
- Drive enhancements in ERP systems, process improvement, and supply chain digitalization
- Lead and develop high-performing regional supply chain teams supporting the rapid scaling of the Malaysia Center of Excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- 10 years of supply chain experience in:
- Semiconductor equipment, electronics manufacturing, or industrial capital equipment
- Experience managing multi-product, engineered-to-order (ETO) environments.
- Strong understanding of:
- Global supply chains (U.S.–EU–Asia)
- Contract manufacturing and localization strategies
- Proven leadership in regional or global roles.
- Exposure to semiconductor test ecosystem (ATE)
- Experience with thermal systems, precision equipment, or industrial automation.
- APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or Lean Six Sigma certification.
