We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead manufacturing and operational functions across fabrication and assembly operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, team leadership, ISO compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop department heads across production, engineering, inventory, and operations
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations and cross-department coordination
- Drive process improvement, lean manufacturing, and automation initiatives
- Ensure ISO compliance, quality systems, and audit readiness
- Manage multiple projects, capacity planning, and operational strategy
- Maintain budget control, cost optimization, and financial performance
Qualifications
- 7 years of manufacturing operations experience
- 3 years managing multiple departments or leaders
- Strong background in sheet metal fabrication and assembly operations
- Experience managing ISO-certified operations
- Proven leadership, project management, and financial management skills
