This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end proposal development process, including analyzing requests for proposals (RFPs), defining proposal strategies, and coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams such as sales, engineering, operations, and supply chain. The Proposal Manager drafts, edits, and organizes proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with customer requirements and company capabilities. Daily responsibilities include managing timelines, maintaining proposal templates and collateral, tracking proposal status, and supporting pricing and risk assessments in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve proposal processes, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of Intervala’s competitive positioning.
