Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Lehi, UT. The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to delivering product demonstrations and closing new business. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients, conducting discovery calls to understand client needs, and tailoring proposals that highlight Interval’s AI-native debt collection solutions. The Account Executive will also track performance metrics in CRM tools, prepare sales forecasts, and participate in regular meetings to refine sales strategies and support revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account executive, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in the SMB space.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Ability to conduct effective discovery, present solutions clearly, and manage negotiations through to close.
- Comfort discussing data-driven and technology solutions, with the ability to translate complex capabilities into business value.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, empathetic approach to client interactions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and meet targets.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams.
- High level of integrity and respect for consumer and client relationships, aligned with compliant and ethical practices.
- Experience in D2D, home services, or financial services is a plus.
