What You’ll Do
As a Production Operator, you’ll play a hands-on role in building high-quality medical devices:
- Assemble product components using tools and equipment
- Follow work orders and detailed instructions
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package and label finished products
- Complete simple production paperwork
- Keep your workstation clean and organized
- Attend paid training and team meetings
- Be part of a team that supports each other and gets things done
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Clean, non-smoking facility
- Light manufacturing environment
- Smock and hairnet provided (safety first!)
