Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, located in Bakersfield, CA. The Sales Associate will generate leads, build and maintain relationships with customers, and guide them through the truck purchasing process. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, providing product details, negotiating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include market research and identifying opportunities to grow sales.
