About This Role
We're looking for a reliable, motivated Parts Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our Sellersburg, IN parts department. You'll split your time between running deliveries and supporting warehouse operations — pulling orders, keeping inventory organized, and making sure our customers get what they need, when they need it. Experience in a vehicle parts environment is strongly preferred, but we're happy to train the right person who's eager to learn.

What You'll Do
- Plan and organize daily delivery schedules for efficient routing
- Perform safe, on-time pickups and deliveries to customers and job sites
- Keep the parts department informed of delivery status and any schedule changes
- Pull and prepare warehouse orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and operability of the delivery vehicle
- Work with the Parts Manager to identify and support potential new clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Clean driving record (MVR check required)
- Prior delivery driving and warehouse/order-pulling experience
- Experience in a vehicle or trailer parts environment strongly preferred
- Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills — written, verbal, and listening
- Detail-oriented with data entry proficiency
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
- Self-motivated, professional, and a strong team player
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged sitting, standing, stooping, and kneeling
- Reaching with arms and hands
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work independently in both warehouse and field settings
