Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Syracuse, UT, for a Project Manager. Training is given through management.
The Project Manager will generate business through D2D and lead generation as well as oversee and coordinate roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Responsibilities include door knocking, walking roofs for inspections, project planning, scheduling, and management of claims and accounts. Collaboration with team members, vendors, and clients to meet project objectives and resolve issues is a critical aspect of this position. The role ensures streamlined project execution and optimal customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior D2D (Door-To-Door) experience preferred but not required.
- Strong skills in Communication and being Self-Driven.
- Organizational and time management abilities preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in roofing, construction, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
- No educational requirements.
