JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Marshfield, WI Company: Interstate Assembly
Systems Schedule: Monday-Friday \| 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Interstate Assembly
Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented First Shift Shipping
& Receiving / Warehouse Associate to support our Marshfield, Wisconsin
operations. This role plays a critical part in supporting production
through accurate material handling, inventory control, and warehouse
operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties &
Responsibilities: Support the production schedule by printing, picking,
and delivering materials and parts to production using our distribution
system; ensure all picks are accurate. Interface daily with project
managers, engineering, and production staff to ensure order accuracy.
Process paperwork and perform data entry related to work orders and
physical material movements in SX. Follow warehousing policies and
procedures, including material issues/receipts, storage, and location
controls. Check in inventory, put away stock orders, and maintain
organized warehouse locations. Maintain filing systems for SRO files in
accordance with warehouse procedures. Process all returns to stock
inventory per established warehouse processes. Assist with warehouse
efficiencies, including part locations and process improvements.
Maintain warehouse metrics. Support and participate in 5S Lean
methodologies. Serve as a backup for other warehouse positions as
needed. Perform end-of-day cleanup and maintain a clean, safe work
environment. Adhere to all Interstate Companies safety procedures and
policies. Assist with general shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties
as assigned. Experience & Qualifications: High School Diploma or
Equivalent Required. Working Knowledge Of Microsoft Office. Experience
working in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 2 years of material
Handling Experience In a Manufacturing Environment Preferred. Experience
with Lean methodologies preferred. Proficient with material handling
equipment, including forklifts and reach lifts. Strong written and
verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage shifting
priorities. Ability to routinely lift 25-50 lbs.; occasional lifting of
