JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Title: Inventory Associate Location: Marshfield,
Wisconsin Company: I-State Truck Centers The Inventory Associate role is
a dynamic position responsible for supporting Inventory procedures and
operations for heavy-duty diesel on-highway trucks. This role requires
strong organizational skills, mechanical knowledge of diesel
semi-trucks, and excellent customer service to ensure efficient
inventory management and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible
for verifying pricing for all part orders, adjusting inventory levels,
investigating and correcting inventory variances and will act as support
to department personnel. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for matching
purchase orders and packing slips to invoices Process daily parts orders
(Critical & Stock) Communicate with vendors regarding backorders, and
any discrepancies Process parts return paperwork Research, update, and
correct parts pricing as needed Advise on shipping methods and
procedures Sort, file, scan, and e-file documents Contact vendors
regarding invoicing Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school
diploma or equivalent; technical training in diesel mechanics or heavy
equipment is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations,
parts counter, or related roles. Basic knowledge of heavy-duty diesel
equipment parts and components (e.g., engines, hydraulics,
transmissions). Proficiency with inventory management systems, POS
systems, and Microsoft Office. Strong customer service and communication
skills (verbal and written). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work
efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and
