Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for matching purchase orders and packing slips to invoices
- Process daily parts orders (Critical & Stock)
- Communicate with vendors regarding backorders, and any discrepancies
- Process parts return paperwork
- Research, update, and correct parts pricing as needed
- Advise on shipping methods and procedures
- Sort, file, scan, and e-file documents
- Contact vendors regarding invoicing
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in diesel mechanics or heavy equipment is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, parts counter, or related roles.
- Basic knowledge of heavy-duty diesel equipment parts and components (e.g., engines, hydraulics, transmissions).
- Proficiency with inventory management systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
