We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented problem-solver for a Parking Enforcement position at our parking facilities throughout Downtown Duluth.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Travel throughout the downtown Duluth area and be responsible for parking enforcement and compliance at a variety of parking facilities.
• Identify and cite parking violators.
• Assist parkers with payment platforms as needed.
• Track and record violations, recommending additional actions as necessary (e.g., towing, emergency assistance, etc.).
• Audit monthly parking users by location.
• Communicate with the Duluth Operations Team in support of day-to-day field issues.

• Ability to problem solve, work in a team environment, with or without supervision, as required.
• Ability to work outside year-round.
• Minimum age of 25 to drive for Interstate Parking per our Insurance Carrier
• Valid Regular Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant customer service experience.
