We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented problem-solver for a Parking Enforcement position at our parking facilities throughout downtown Duluth.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Travel throughout the downtown Duluth area and be responsible for parking enforcement and compliance at a variety of parking facilities.
Identify and cite parking violators.
Assist parkers with payment platforms as needed.
Track and record violations, recommending additional actions as necessary (e.g., towing, emergency assistance, etc.).
Audit monthly parking users by location.
Communicate with the Duluth Operations Team in support of day-to-day field issues.

Ability to problem solve, work in a team environment, with or without supervision, as required.
Ability to work outside year-round.
Minimum age of 25 to drive for Interstate Parking per our Insurance Carrier
Valid Regular Driver’s License with a clean driving record. 
High school diploma or equivalent and relevant customer service experience.

Schedule:
Thursday-Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Hours/Week: Full-Time, 32 hours/week
