What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Interstate Parking Company?
We’re currently looking for a highly professional, customer service-focused, and career-minded Customer Service Individual in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. Our Customer Service Team is responsible for the day to day emails and phone calls from our daily parkers/contract parkers.

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls regarding questions/concerns our parkers have.
- Maintaining our Email Inbox. Answering questions and supporting our current customers.
- Maintaining our Citations Portal (answering disputes through our Citation Portal).

- 1 Year Customer Service Experience
- Age Requirement: 18
